Automated deduplication of systematic search results
The Automated Systematic Search Deduplicator (ASySD) is a rapid , open source, interoperable tool used to remove duplicate citations. Users upload citations (multiple formats), and the tool automatically detects and removes duplicates, specify which citation to retain in a group of duplicates, and download citations (multiple formats). It also uses various websites like scopus, web of science, EMBASE, PubMed, PsycINFO. The tool is available as an R package and a user-friendly shiny application, however, users don't necessarily have to have any knowledge of using R to use ASySD.
