Brat Rapid Annotation Tool is a web-based tool designed for text annotation visualization and editing i.e marking and labelling parts of words or phrases to show their meaning or relationships in a document. It uses natural language processing and text mining to allows researchers to annotate relevant studies, extracting key information. It allows you to highlight and label key information (like outcomes, interventions, or populations) directly in the document. It also visualizes the information so that it's easier to identify patterns, themes and relationships in the document.
