Clusters search results into labelled topics
Carrot2 is an open-source search results clustering engine that automatically organizes small collections of documents, such as search results, into thematic categories, enabling users to easily locate studies that are relevant to their review topic. It integrates very well with both Open-Source such as PubMed and proprietary search engines such as (Apache Solr and Elastic search). The tool is also easy to integrate with Java and non-Java software. Users can use the online demo available on the Carrot2 website to start searching for articles without installation. However, users will need to download and install the tool locally. The tool provides visualizes the results in formats such as clusters, list , treemaps and pie-charts.
