DistillerSR is an AI-enables literature review automation software. It uses machine learning and natural language processing to assist in processes such as searching, screening, full-text-retrieval, data extraction , reporting and audit and project management. It has integrated AI-powered feature called DistillerAI which is particularly for automating the screening process. Additionally, one can search and import references from PubMed From with DistillerSR's literature review software. It also automatically identifies conflicts and disagreements between reviewers. DistillerSR has been reported to reduce the screening burden by 60%. On the otherhand, DistillerSR's AI features, such as DistillerAI and Classifiers, are primarily effective only at the title-abstract screening level with YES/NO option, which limits their applicability at full-text screening which requires an exclusion reason.
