End to End Support for developing systematic reviews
JBI SUMARI is a web-based tool designed to assist researchers to conduct processes such as protocol development, selection of studies, appraisal, extraction , data synthesis, including qualitative synthesis and report writing.JBI SUMARI is a comprehensive online platform designed to streamline the systematic review process. It begins with project setup, allowing researchers to define their review type, manage their team, develop a detailed protocol, and register it in PROSPERO. The platform then aids in the searching and screening phase by enabling the import of search results, automatically deduplicating records, and providing tools to screen studies against inclusion/exclusion criteria. SUMARI further supports critical appraisal and data extraction through specialized checklists and customizable forms. In the data synthesis and analysis stage, it assists in collating and summarizing findings, offering basic analysis tools, and supporting various qualitative synthesis methods. Finally, SUMARI facilitates report writing and dissemination by helping compile findings into a comprehensive report with automatically generated figures and tables, which can be exported in various formats. Its user-friendly interface, centralized platform, methodological guidance, and regular updates make it a valuable tool for researchers conducting systematic reviews with efficiency, rigor, and transparency.
