Literature search support for evidence synthesis
LiSA is an assisted literature search pipeline for detecting serious adverse events. It uses Deep learning models including BERT for NLP tasks, alongside specific models for Named Entity Recognition (NER) for identifying drug-adverse event relationships and seriousness score prediction. It enables medical reviewers to efficiently identify, filter, and rank publications mentioning relationships between specified drugs and one or several SAEs.
