Sensitivity analysis for meta-analytic results
Meta-Sen is a cloud-based, open-access software that allows users to upload a meta-analytic dataset and provides as output all essential meta-analytic results and sensitivity analysis results. Users are required to upload their data in CSV file format. The tool then runs the analyses to produce sensitivity analysis results. The tool is able to identify and display outliers in effect sizes. More importantly the tool returns meta-analytic and publication analysis results before and after outlier removal, helping users determine if the original meta-analytic mean effect size estimate is potentially threatened by outliers and/or publication bias. It also provides visualizations such as FE Trim and Fill Funnel plots, cumulative meta-analysis forest plots.
