Meta-analysis of genetic association studies
MetaGenyo is a web-based meta-analysis tool for Genetic Association Studies (GAS). The tool allows for goodness-of-fit of the model using the Hardy-Weinberg test, a statistical association for different genetic models, analysis of heterogeneity, testing for publication bias, subgroup analysis, and robustness testing or sensitivity analyses of the results. Results can be visualized through interactive plots and customizable reports. MetaGenyo integrates R software to carry out backend computations. However, the user doesn't need to have R software installed to the user's machine. Additionally, the use of MetaGenyo does not require advanced statistical or bioinformatics knowledge
