Web app for network meta-analysis
MetaInsight is an interactive web-based tool for analyzing, interrogating and visualizing network meta-analyses. It functions by allowing users to upload trial data in either wide or long formats. It performs network meta-analyses (NMA) using both frequentist and Bayesian models, comparing multiple treatments across studies. The tool generates interactive network plots, forest plots, and offers real-time sensitivity analysis where users can include or exclude studies to see the impact on the results. MetaInsight operates through a web interface, making it accessible to users without requiring programming skills.
