Open-source meta-analysis with a graphical interface
OpenMetaAnalyst is a free software tool for conducting meta-analyses using a variety of statistical models. Users import the data into the tool and choose the most appropriate statistical model for analysis. The tool supports both fixed- and random-effects models and meta-regression (both univariate and multivariate meta-regression) analyses, making it a powerful tool for exploring the sources of heterogeneity in a meta-analysis. It also conducts more advanced analyses, such as Bayesian meta-analysis. The tool provides visualization tools such as forest plots, funnel plots and other graphs that help illustrate the effect sizes and confidence intervals of the included studies that enhance data exploration.
