Automate handsearching and citation searching for your systematic reviews
Paperfetcher is a free application designed to automate hand searching and citation searching (snowballing) for systematic reviews. It allows users to download the metadata of retrieved studies as a list of DOIs or as an RIS file to facilitate import into a screening software. Additionally, it incorporates a beta version to facilitate citation searching in both forward and backward directions. It can Automatically generate reports of parameters used to perform hand searches and snowballing. Users can also write their own scripts for handsearch or snowballing using Paperfetcher's python package while using the Paperfetcher's web-app that is powered by an easy-to-use and extensible Python package
