Shows PubMed searches as an interactive Venn diagram
PubVenn is a tool designed to visualise PubMed search results using Venn diagrams. This tool is used to refine search strategies by comparing different PubMed searches. Users input PubMed search queries into PubVenn. The tool then retrieves the corresponding search results from PubMed, calculates the number of publications in each set, determines the overlaps between these sets, and generates a Venn diagram. This visual representation helps in quickly identifying overlaps and differences in search results thereby refining the search strategy.
