Python-based meta-analysis with forest and funnel plots
Pymeta is an online meta-analysis tool. Users type or paste their studies ( including study name, event counts, sample sizes, etc for both intervention and control groups) into the tool. The tool conducts several tasks, such as Combining effect measures (Odds Ratio, Risk Ratio, Risk Difference for count data and Mean Difference, and Standard mean Difference for continuous data). It also conducts heterogeneity tests such as the Q/Chi-square test, Subgroup analysis, Cumulative meta-analysis, Sensitivity analysis (one or two factors), and Plots drawing ( forest plot, funnel plot, bar-line, cross-block plot).
