Identifies randomised controlled trials in search results
RCT Tagger is a free web-based tool for identifying Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) articles within biomedical literature. It utilizes machine learning algorithms to estimate the probability that a given article reports on an RCT. This tool can help users identify randomized control clinical trial articles (up to 25,000 most recent articles) retrieved by a PubMed query. RCT Tagger has been reported to result in average workload savings of 33.6% and recall (tool identifies all relevant articles) of 98.3%.
