Text mining and prioritisation for literature triage
SWIFT-Review utilizes statistical text mining and machine learning methods that allow users to uncover over-represented topics within the literature corpus and to rank in order documents for manual screening. It is a freely available and provides numerous tools to assist with problem formulation and literature prioritization, search refinement and topic modelling. The tool provided detailed search strings used to automatically tag documents in various categories of interest to environmental health researchers.
